Data we process for the Archive

When you sign in with Naver, Kakao, Google, or LINE, we receive a provider user identifier (and, depending on the provider and your settings, limited profile fields such as email or display name). We store a member record with provider, subject id, consent time, terms version, and age attestation.

Purpose

Authenticate members, record consent, and control access to the Archive. We do not use Archive sign-in data for open-web advertising of before-and-after images.

Retention

Account and consent records for the member archive are retained for 30 days from the date of collection. After 30 days we delete those records (on access and on a scheduled monthly purge). Session cookies last only for your browsing session and are cleared when you close the browser. Clinical case photographs and case pages maintained by the clinic are separate from member account records and follow the clinic’s clinical / consent schedule.

Sharing

SNS providers authenticate you under their own terms. We use hosting and repository services to operate the site; member records are stored in a private file not published as a public website asset.

Your choices

You may stop using the Archive and close your browser to end the session. For deletion requests before the 30-day schedule, contact the clinic. Withdrawal of consent ends Archive access; it does not delete clinical case content that is not your personal data.
