1. These terms and conditions are intended to comply with and regulate matters related to the conditions and procedures for using services provided by SNU Plastic Surgery Clinic and other necessary matters as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act and its enforcement decree.
2. The purpose is to verify identity and manage members to provide services during member registration.
3. This is to implement the services provided by SNU Plastic Surgery Clinic (medical consultations, appointment reservations, informational materials, various event information, etc.).
4. The hospital has established a channel for you to raise opinions and complaints regarding personal information protection. If you have any complaints related to personal information,
please contact the hospital's personal information management officer and action will be taken immediately upon receipt.
Article 3. Effectiveness and Changes of Terms
1. Personal information will not be provided or shared with others or other organizations without the user's consent. If it is to be shared with partner companies for better service provision,
we will notify you individually and go through a procedure to obtain consent, and if you do not consent, we will not share it with partner companies.

(3) Withdrawal is complete if you cannot log in with your existing ID and password.
Service Re-registration
If a user who has withdrawn from the service wishes to re-register, the member can request re-registration directly via email.
Service Usage Restrictions
The company may terminate the usage contract without prior notice or suspend service use for a specified period if a member engages in the following acts:
1) Planning or executing service use for criminal acts
2) Causing disadvantage to others
3) The same user registers multiple times with different IDs
4) Hindering sound use
5) Violating relevant laws or usage conditions set by the company
