SNU Plastic Surgery Clinic · Seoul
Natural,
by Design.
Precision in surgery. Subtlety in beauty.
We refine, not transform. Every treatment begins with a careful understanding of anatomy, balance and individuality, so the result feels considered, natural and entirely your own.
Our Philosophy
Not a different face.
A better version of yours.
Good plastic surgery should never announce itself. At SNU Plastic Surgery Clinic we focus on proportion, movement and restraint, making only the changes that genuinely improve balance while preserving what makes you recognizably you.
We believe the best result is one that looks natural today and remains harmonious over time. That is why every plan starts with anatomy, and why we are as careful about what we leave alone as about what we change.

Signature Procedures
Four disciplines,
one principle.
A focused selection of surgical and non-surgical treatments, planned around anatomy, proportion and long-term balance. Whatever the area, the standard is the same: the anatomically right place, and only as much as is needed.
Our Doctors
Dr. Jeong
& Dr. Lee
Medical Director & Aesthetic Physician
Two physicians, one standard of care. Full training, credentials and philosophy are on the Our Doctors page.
Our doctorsSurgery is not only a matter of technique.
It is a matter of judgment.Knowing what to change, what to preserve, and when less is more. Consultations are led by Dr. Jeong or Dr. Lee, with our medical team supporting you from the first assessment to follow-up care.
“A natural result begins with understanding the individual, not following a template.”
Why us
Three principles.
Nothing more.
-
I
Anatomy
Structure first
A deep understanding of facial anatomy is the foundation of safer surgery, thoughtful planning and more natural results. Every judgment starts from where muscle, fascia and fat begin and end.
-
II
Precision
Millimeters matter
Small differences change an impression. Every plan is tailored to structure, symmetry, movement and the long-term balance of the face, and has to hold up from the front, from the side, and with the eyes open or closed.
-
III
Restraint
Knowing what not to change
More is not always better. Knowing what not to change is just as important as knowing what to improve. We choose the change that will still look right in ten years over the one that looks striking today.
Featured Procedure
Dynamic
Double Eyelid
A crease that moves with you
Designed to create definition without sacrificing softness or natural movement.
The goal is not a fixed ideal eyelid, but a shape that fits the individual face. The line is anchored to tissue that moves with the eye, so it reads clearly when the eyes are open and disappears smoothly when they close.

How we discuss results —
not how we advertise them.
Before-and-after photographs are not published on this public website. In Korea, comparative before-and-after images cannot be used as open online advertising for medical procedures — so we discuss relevant cases in consultation, and for registered members, in a private archive.
-
I
Discussed in person
At consultation
Dr. Jeong or Dr. Lee can show relevant clinical photographs during consultation and explain what was done, what improved, and what the images do and do not show.
-
II
Member-only archive
Private access
Additional cases are available only after registration, within a closed group operated by the clinic — not on this public website.
-
III
What we look for
Judgment over spectacle
Proportion, movement, scar quality and long-term harmony — not a dramatic before-and-after headline. A photograph of one patient is not a prediction for another.
International patients: case photographs are reviewed during consultation or by remote inquiry where appropriate. They are not published on this website. Results vary by individual.
Technology
Technology
with purpose.
Technology is only valuable when it serves a precise treatment plan. We select devices based on indication, anatomy and the result we are trying to achieve, not simply because they are new.
