Is English spoken at the clinic?
Yes. English-speaking staff support international patients from the first inquiry through follow-up care. WhatsApp is the quickest channel for English; LINE, KakaoTalk and WeChat are also available.
- Q3
What should I bring to a first consultation?
Any records or photographs from previous surgery or treatments, and a list of current medications and allergies. Bring identification, such as a passport, for registration. If you have a particular concern, writing it down beforehand helps make sure nothing is forgotten.

- Q5
Can I consult before traveling to Korea?
Yes. Before you travel, the clinic can offer limited help with procedure-related information, costs and likely length of stay, arrange your in-person consultation schedule, and provide guidance on travel and your visit. This is not online medical care; examination and advice specific to you take place in person after you arrive. An airport pickup guide, a personalized recovery plan and post-operative follow-up are also available.
