About
International Patients
해외 환자 안내Care that feels clear, even far from home. From your first message to your last follow-up, one team stays with you through every step of treatment in Seoul.

How we work with patients who travel to us
Many of our patients come from outside Korea. Traveling for surgery adds questions that a local patient never has to ask: whether a procedure is suitable before booking a flight, how long to stay, and what happens once you are home again.
We answer those questions in the same way we plan surgery: carefully, in advance, and without promising more than we can deliver. Every consultation is led by Dr. Jeong or Dr. Lee, with our medical team—not a counselor.
The clinic is a private, doctor-led practice in Cheongdam, Seoul. You will not be passed between departments, and the person who assesses you is the person who treats you.

What we can help with
Six things international patients most often need, and how we handle each of them.
- 01
Pre-travel inquiry
Before you travel, contact us for limited help with procedure-related information, likely costs and length of stay, and to confirm an in-person consultation schedule. You may send photographs and a brief description of your concern to help us prepare for your visit. This is not online medical care; examination and advice specific to you take place in person after you arrive.
- 02
English and Chinese support
Consultations, written plans and aftercare instructions are provided in English. Chinese-speaking patients can reach us on WeChat, and interpretation can be arranged for your visit.
- 03
Arrival guidance
Practical information for getting from the airport to Cheongdam, choosing accommodation within easy reach of the clinic, and finding us on the day.
- 04
Recovery planning
A written, individual plan for your time in Seoul: when stitches are removed, when swelling is expected to settle, and when it is sensible to fly.
- 05
Follow-up after you return home
Continued contact by message or video once you are back, so questions during healing are answered by the surgeon who treated you.
- 06
Safe, documented care
Clear written information about the procedure, its risks and its alternatives, and copies of your records if you need them for a doctor at home.
Your visit, step by step
- STEP 01
First contact
Write to us on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat or email. Tell us what concerns you and, if you can, attach clear photographs taken in daylight.
- STEP 02
Initial reply
The clinic replies with limited procedural information, an outline of likely costs and how long you may need to stay, and guidance on travel and scheduling your in-person consultation.
- STEP 03
Planning your trip
We suggest how many days to allow in Seoul for consultation, the procedure and early follow-up, and confirm your appointment.
- STEP 04
In-person consultation
On arrival you are examined in person. The final plan is agreed only after this examination; nothing is decided from photographs alone.
- STEP 05
Procedure and recovery in Seoul
Treatment, then follow-up visits according to your plan, with the clinic reachable by message throughout.
- STEP 06
Follow-up at home
Once you have flown home, we stay in touch until healing is complete.

Planning your stay
The clinic is on the fourth floor of 26 Apgujeong-ro 60-gil in Cheongdam, Gangnam. It is a five-minute walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suin–Bundang Line: leave by Exit 3, walk straight ahead, turn right at the first alley and continue straight. Valet parking is available on the ground floor or B1.
From Incheon International Airport, the journey to Cheongdam takes roughly an hour and a quarter by taxi or airport limousine bus, depending on traffic. Many patients stay in hotels in the Cheongdam, Apgujeong or Sinsa areas, all within a short taxi ride of the clinic.
How long you should stay depends on the procedure. For most surgery we ask you to remain in Seoul at least until stitches are removed and the first follow-up has taken place; we will give you a specific recommendation when your plan is agreed.
Details of hours, directions and parking are on the Hours & Location page.

Frequently asked questions
- Q1
Can I have a consultation before I travel?
Yes. Before you travel, the clinic can offer limited help with procedure-related information, costs and likely length of stay, arrange your in-person consultation schedule, and provide guidance on travel and your visit. You may send photographs and a description of your concern through any of the channels above to help us prepare. This is not online medical care; a final decision is always made after an in-person examination.
- Q2
Who will I be treated by?
By Dr. Jeong or Dr. Lee. Consultations and procedures are led by a physician on staff, and follow-up stays with the same team.
- Q3
How long do I need to stay in Seoul?
It depends on the procedure. Non-surgical treatments usually need only a day or two. For surgery we recommend staying until stitches are removed and early healing has been checked, and we will tell you exactly how long that is for your plan.
- Q4
Do you accept international insurance or payment?
Fees are quoted in Korean won and confirmed at consultation. Please ask us in advance about payment methods and about the documents you may need for a claim with your insurer.
- Q5
What happens if I have a question after I return home?
You keep the same contact channel you used before your visit. Send a message, with photographs if helpful, and the clinic will respond during working hours in Seoul.
